I started yoga to bring a sense of joy and lightness into my life. I was 18! Yoga spoke to me. I loved how movement brought a sense of peace. Physically, I was born with an atypical asymmetrical body. Over the years with personal practice and study I have been able to maintain a functional symmetry. I teach a therapeutic style of yoga combining mindful awareness of body, breath and movement. Yoga helps me age as gracefully as possible ;)
