Join me this Jan 25- April 1, to move into a greater sense of stability & ease!The pandemic and physical distancing has created challenges and impacted all of us. Yoga and my Mindfulness practice bring me a greater sense of stability emotionally and physically. That has been so helpful over the past several months!
