Breath Based Yoga for Seniors, Beginners, Intermediate,Pain & Stress Relief

Join me  Sept 19 - Nov 28, to move into a greater sense of strength, stability & ease! Health protocols will be followed.  The pandemic created a sense of heaviness and isolation for me. Yoga and my Mindfulness practice bring me a greater sense of stability & lightness. Come join together with our Yoga Community to expand the sense of open hearted connection!

Sandy offers breath based yoga classes for your health and well being, for strength, balance & flexibility, for peace of mind: Seniors, Gentle, Intermediate, Mindful Movement for Pain & Stress,  Individualized private sessions to meet your personal goals and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course. If you think you are too stiff, sore or not flexible enough to do yoga, come try a gentle class. This yoga is for you!
